Owner of Tidewater Enterprises & Construction LLC, currently does deals including rehabs, contract flips, notes, pre-foreclosures, hard money loans, lease options, property management and owns rental properties…. Graduated from Hampton University in 1999, worked in music publishing until 2004 then began investing in real estate. Kris serves as a board member for TRIG(tidewater real estate investors group) where he works with Patti Robertson and other investors to make TRIG a place where like minded investors can come and network to share deals.... He's also a member of PREIA (peninsula real estate investors association).
