Patti Robertson- Serves as the President of TRIG(Tidewater Real estate Investors Group), which meets every 3rd tuesday of the month at the Crown Plaza hotel in VA Beach. She's a member of PREIA (Peninsula Real Estate Investors Association) which meets every 2nd thursday of each month at the Peking Restaurant in Hampton Town Center by AMC 24. PATTI ROBERTSON
Patti is a true entrepreneur. She and her husband own 9 Great Clips hair salons, 5 Jackson Hewitt Tax Service retail locations, and a HomeVestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchise. In 2007 they added the HomeVestors franchise to their business assets, primarily because they wanted to build a rental portfolio. What they found is that the HomeVestors brand brings them more deals than they can afford to keep on their own, so they rehab a few and wholesale everything else to other investors who are landlords or are rehabbing and retailing. (Patti doesn’t use the “F” word! Flip has a bad connotation in the public eye.)
